No. 32 Squadron was formed in 1916 but has only been known as "The Royal" since 1995. For uniformity with other squadron article titles and to preserve some historical perspective, I propose renaming this article to "No. 32 Squadron RAF". Letdorf (talk) 00:04, 16 November 2008 (UTC).
- Support. Many other RAF squadrons have similar names, but these are not shown in any other article title. Andrewa (talk) 04:46, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Bogart Rogers, WWI Ace
[edit]The list of WWI aces does not mention Lt. (later Captain) Rogers.
The American Bogart Rogers trained in Canada with the RFC, and after training served in France with 32 Squadron even though the USA had by then joined the war. He is credited with six aerial victories. There are two images on Wikimedia, showing him in front of 32 Squadron SE.5a aircraft, although in both cases the subject matter is more him, not the aircraft.
His career in later life is interesting enough too, but not related to this article.
I do not know any more than that, and do not have access to relevant sources, but feel that his name should be added to this article. WendlingCrusader (talk) 20:26, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
